HAPPY NEW YEAR!

ok, so it's 12:30... it's been 2006 for 30 minutes, and i'm sitting here. O well, at least i'm talkin to y'all! ok, so yesterday... new year's eve... i woke up early, and dd and i went to work out... me being a lazy bum and her being a lazy bum as well (but we still maintain that we are working our way up) only ran 2 miles today on the treadmill. It took me something like 35 minutes... which isn't too too bad but i deffinently could have gone faster and longer... o well. We'll be going again later in the week. So, as most of u know i got ddr for christmas... well i've been a non stop ddr addict ever since. Well i've worked my way through 2 levels of the dance master challenge, and i'm one the 3rd one... (the standard level... 3rd to last... i know i'm a dork, but i'm cool with that). I'm so happy that i've made it this far, bc it's so stinkin hard! just wanted to let y'all know! lol... so yeah then when we were done at the gym, we went to dd's school and to her eye shadow appointment (she's finally going to be a girl!!!! SHOCKING I KNOW!!!). Once we got home we got right back in the car and i had to drive to franklin... carrying my dad, sister, sophie, and maggie in the truck. First of all, i'm not a huge fan of driving... bc i'm always afraid of what the other driver's are doing in their cars. it just freaks me out. anyway, so i made it there! (hooray for the small victories in life), and we did the whole family unvailing of the nest (the cabin there)... and it was great! so cute! then dd, alison, emily, brady, and i went and jumped on the hay bales... (don't know how to spell sorry!) well all of us did except for emily... well she did, but not as much as the rest of us... anyway... getting up was the hard part. and here i am in my short and t-shirt climbing up there... and the hay has stickerburrs. So her i am now, covered in scratches... o well it was fun i don't really care, but it hurt! lol anyway, so yeah that's pretty much what happend today... yesterday... whatever. MERRY CHIRSTMAS FOR REAL!!!

Hey everyone! i hope everyone is having a very Merry Christmas! So, this morning at 8:30 my dad came and woke up my sister and i, so we woke up and went into the living room to open presents... well, remembering the symbolism of the day, we opened them to find that well i got a tv/monitor for my computer/tv, a kitchen aid mixer, DDR!!!!, and a Smore's maker!!! I'm so excited! So yeah Then i did ddr until moomaw came over for breakfast. At 4 we're going to mellie's and having Christmas dinner, and our pin(~)ata! lol i know it wouldn't make the right letter... o well. so now i'm going to get dressed... i know it's like 12:30, and i still havn't gotten dressed... anyway. MERRY CHRISTMAS and remember that this day isn't all about the presents, but it's about the birth of our Savior, Jesus. MERRY CHIRSTMAS ... well only a few days early!

Hello everyone! i'm sorry it's taken me so long to post, but to tell u the truth nothing post-worthy has happend lately! Emm... well my digital camera broke, so now i can't post pictures or anything, and it's a nice day, but i'm stuck inside doing chores. My friends haven't called me in a long time, and i'm beginning to get bored!! ( i know... shocker!) So yeah i've been playing video games and stuff. If i finish intime i might go outside and play some basketball, but i dunno. I have to dog sit today (well it's just maggie, but i still have to try and keep her occupied). So yeah, that's really all that been going on... WAIT!!! I haven't posted about the christmas party and caroling yet! Well, with zym, every year we go caroling to all of the older people that can really get out and about... just to give them some company. Well, my group consisted of Kelly, Emily, Sarah, Mary, Travis, Luke, Montana, Pastor Jack, Mr. Hammock (sorry if i misspelled it), and i. So we went to like 4 houses, then went over to emily's for the party. All of the other groups (zym age only) arrived, and we did DDR, Shout it out Movies (a game), and did the gift exchange. Casey's gift one the prize of most interesting (well in my book anyway), because he brought his own toothbrush. It was hilarious! I brought dollar dvd's from Target in a bag made of sewn up boxers (emily got that gift), Andrew brought a green fuzzy scarf (which i got), Mary brought these kids shoes/toys that when u put them on and walk they make noises like crashing glass and stuff (andrew got those, and wore them the rest of the nights lol), Emily brought a kid rockstar kit, complete with electric guitar and headset microphone (which i think ended up with either sarah or casey), and then mary ended up with an orange cone off the side of the road (brought by markie i think). So all in all it was hilarious to see what people thought of this year. Hmm... i think that's all. Ok well bye! .:*Suzy*:.

COMPUTER CRASH!

So, the past few days my computer has been very sick, then went to the computer hospital. Finally mr. Malcom fixed it, put in a new processor, and now my baby is faster than my dad's! :) so it's all good now! Well, as most of u know, i was failing algebra at the beginning of this 6 weeks, with a 45, and now, after many many days of working on it, i have a 96 average for the semester!!! and like a 92 for the 6 weeks! i'm so happy! i had my gourmet foods final, english final, world geography, and french finals yesterday and today, and i think they all went very well. Tomorrow, i have my last 2, chemistry (which is very easy) and comm. graphics (which is the class in which i get to play on the computer for an hour). So tomorrow will be easy, then finally i'll have my Christmas Break!!! HOORAY!!!

Another happy thing.... CONGRATULATIONS JAY!!! he made it into Baylor's music school! I knew he would get it, so did everyone else, but now it's official! YEA JAY! :) Well, i hope everyone has a great evening/afternoon/morning! bye!!! .:*Suzy*:.

The faith experiment day 22

Ok, so i was sitting here last night, reading all of my "pray for..." post-its and then i realized that's what God is doing! he's helping me realize more and more how much i really do need to pray for these people. Here are some of the notes, and if u know me, it will make sense: pray for misions (my mom would like me to go to Russia and do missions w/ our church this summer), Pray in thanks, pray for choices, pray for strength, pray for the world, pray for non-believers, pray for love, pray for diana, pray for friends, pray for mary, pray for dad, pray for emily. It's amazing how he's opening my eyes to notice things more and more! .:*Suzy*:.

CSLC

Ok so this is a mucho excited post! I was nominated and chosen for the Congressional Student Leadership Confrence! I get to choose from all of these fields of study, and i chose CSI forensics!!! I'm so excited! I'm either going to New York, San Diego, Boston, or Chicago! I have to choose by January 9th, but i'm so excited! i'll be going this summer! It's a different confrence than dd went to and Mary trent katy and sarah all going to. So we're not exactly sure of who nominated me for it. It was either allen or bryan (obviously), but we're pretty sure it was allen. This is so exiting! I can't wait! I really think God's going to use me through this. I'll be with these people for 10 days, and i really hope that i can show God in everything i'm asked to do. Who knows i might find some really great friends in all this! I'm so excited, and u just can't imagine! i just can't even express how honored i really am that i was chosen! When i found out, mary and matt were over, and when i told matt, he wasn't all that excited, but i kinda understand y, but mary was pretty excited too. So yeah i really can't wait! I'll ttyl!!! days 13-18

A lot has happend, and most of it was through my 3 best friends. We haven't really talked in like 6 monthes, but the other day we got together and disscussed everything, and we're all doing fine now. The end of my faith experiment in coming soon, and now i know what he's been doing since the beginning... trying to get us all back together! All of the things that have been happening have all been pushing me in their direction. Now that i see that, it's easier to put it all together. Now, there are still12 more days left, so we'll see what happens. The whole thing with getting closer to my mom was so that i could finally ask her for advice without feeling akward, and now i can, and i did!
O yeah, i also haven't really updated on my dad in a while, and now there's more to tell. He's been going back to work, and that's great, but he went to the doctor the other day. He found out that he has to have another 6 month round of chemo. He's not supposed to lose his hair, but there may be some thinning. Please pray for him, bc he's extremely upset about it. He was supposed to have surgury in January that was going to end it all, but now he has to do this. it's supposed to increase his survival rate by 5%, and my parents weren't goign to pass that up. so, there ya go!
Jenny, uncle tom, and aunt laurie are coming to town today from New York City! I've so excited! i haven't seen them in over a year! well, i've seen uncle tom, but not the other 2. So, yeah, i'm very excited for that. Plus... IT'S THANKSGIVING!!!! I love turkey! plus, it's an entire holiday that there's no way you can have beef! i don't like beef really, i just really like poultry! this is an odd thing, o well. I'll ttyl! bye! .:*Suzy*:.

Days 5-12

So, i havn't really been in the observant state of mind lately. I've really been trying, but there's just been a lot going on. So, i don't have much to report, but here ya go!
god's been speaking through a bunch of different people lately. At AWANA, he really spoke through Mr. Josh, and i'm not really go into detail, but it was a really good message to hear. then, there's Sean. God's really been working through him to show me that there are some good traits aobut me that people notice, even if i don't. Jay.... wow... He's been a huge help in all this. He was the inspiration behind even starting the faith experiment. See how much God's been workin in him deffinently made me want to start this up. So, yeah, he's been giving my advice through all of this, and has made me realize a lot. God's really been talkin through him. So there's what's kinda been going on.
O YEAH!!! On wednesday... i guess what was yesterday (wow i've been losing my memory)... I finally finished my Faiuth Foundations book for AWANA, and now, i have a t-shirt and a handbook! I'm really excited, and can't wait to get started!
Tonight, i went to a Mary Kay party at dd's house. Liz and Gail were there, and Stephanie was supervising. Liz and i messed it all up on the first try, because we didn't cleanse first, we actually started the micro-derm abrasion thing.Yeah, so i guess that's all for now. bye! .:*Suzy*:.

Roman soldier

Ok, so today I had to write a little writing response in English class. It was in response to"Imagine you are a Roman soldier under the leadership of Julius Caesar." The other kids in my class liked it... Let me know what you think, please!

Miles and mile I march stiffly across the countryside. Left, right, left, right. I must continue on to the next city to conquer for my homeland. My life as a Roman soldier has been very hard. Every morning I march into battle. All for my home. My leader, Julius Caesar himself, has lead us into battle. He wants to conquer the world. The long journeys, carrying my sword, shield, and wearing the heavy, metallic armor is very rough. This life was chosen for me. The gods have chosen it. I have learned to love it, but I still grow weary with the harshness of the weather and test of endurance. Many times I have seen my brothers fall in battle, but I am forced to continue this long voyage to the next battlefield. I do not know what is to happen, but I do know I must that this journey one step at a time. Left, right, left, right.

God's newest lesson

Ok, so God's teaching me i need to become better friends with my mom... i'm not exactly sure why, but that's what's going on! There's the update for today... i know it's short, but i'm still not in a posting mood...









o yeah, another thing... DRAMA IS ANNOYING, AND IT NEEDS TO STOP!!!! Why is it that people suddenly start hateing you when you finially become friends with someone?!

Days 2 3 and 4

UPDATE ON THE FAITH EXPERIMENT!

Day 2
So, i went to run errands with my mom, and we had to go to Heirloom Gardens, where Matt works. So we got there, looked for his truck, but he was no where to be found, so i text messaged him. I asked him if he was working today, and he said he did, and then asked y we were there, so i told him my mom needed some plants. So, the next thing i know, he's pulling up to the front of the store! He walked in and asked the cashier guy to put him discount on our order. It was so sweet! I was like, you didn't have to do that. He told me it was because I had done so much for him. It was very touching knowing that i had made a difference to him. God showed me that i have helped people out, but i need to continue. Especially with Brittany Sc. So yeah! there ya go that was the highlight of day 2.

Day 3
nothing significant happend... but maybe he's saving me for some big stuff... we'll see!

Day 4
He's deffinently teaching me patience! Today, i was in a group for Gourmet Foods, where we're are making cake! It seems that everytime i'm put into a group, there is a challeged person in my group. This time, there is a girl names Lee Ann. She's very sweet, but it takes her longer to do things that it does the rest of us. She always wants to take the head chef job, but she's not really supposed to, bc of her mental condition. It's like a rule. She can't spell things that to most of us seem easy, so i help her out, but i sometimes lose my patience, and i think that's exactly what God is teaching me through this faith experiment.

The faith experiment

Ok, so i've started the faith experiment... well yesterday was my day one. Hearing Jay's experiences during this experiment really encouraged me to do it. Before even hearing about Jay's experiment, I could feel God telling me that he wanted to do things in my life, but it was like i didn't want them. So, here it goes!

Day 1
The first day was interesting. At school, i have like 4 really good friends in my classes. Katie, Brittany Sc., Sean, and Brittany Sh. Two if them are Christians... Sean and brittany sh., and Yesterday God was moving me towards talking to brittany sc. about Him. So, well see how that goes, bc we have deffiently become really good friends over the past couple monthes. Before yesterday, i felt really down, not happy, and just kind of useless. Yesterday, during gourmet foods (my favorite class in the world!!!!) i even felt horrible. After 4th period, i was going into Communication Graphics. I sat down with my cd, and listened to some praise music, hoping that i would be able to put all that bad stuff behind me. I was working on my picture while listening, and caught myself starting to sing along in my head. (i'm not allowed to sing outloud in that class... otherwise i most deffinently would have. The bell rang, so i quickly picked up all my stuff and headed straight for World Geography. I sang all the way there. It was GREAT! yeah i got some pretty weird looks, but i didn't care. i mean there were people that went around rapping all the time. Why couldn't i sing praise to God instead? so yeah, there was day one. This is now the beggingin of day 2... we'll see how it goes! .:*Suzy*:.

Shonnie Benefit

Ok, so today Kelsey and i went to the Shonnie Benefit. Marky, and Brent (from the mission trip) played! It was really kool! They're in 2 different bands, but yeah. I sat with Matt and his dad, and the bendiksons while they were there, and danielle and her mom while they were there. The honnas family was there, and yeah. it was awesome. i think they raised alot of money for her. Just seeing her smile so big whe nthe still creek girls did their dance routine was amazing. It was so awesome! You could deffinently feel God's presence. It was so awesome! just wanted to share that with y'all! bye .:*Suzy*:.

THE TITANIC OVERCOMES THE DEPTHS OF THE OCEAN!

OK, so as most of u know i had a secret halloween costume for the fall carnival for ZYM. Well, it was the Titanic! i'll ahve to post pictures, bc it was so cool! i took a stove box and cut it to have a point at the front, then made 3 round stove pipes to come out of the top, and then we painted it to look like the titanic. on the front there were two little people that were supposed to be Jack and Rose from the movie :). i know i know... hold ur applause lol. well, so it was all my sister's idea, but i had to figure out how to make it and the whole engineering part of it. that was a little difficult, but it was worth it! i won first place in the costume contest! :) very cool. Emily, my lovely cousin, got second with her awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! yellow submarine costume. Very cute! third went to connor... she was a treasure chest... God's Treasure! :) so yeah... there ya go! now ya know about all that.
So, school's been boring... nothing exciting at all. I went to the pep rally today for the Bryan vs. Consol game (big time rivalry for those of you that don't know). They strung a stuffed animal tiger onto a spear-ish thing. yeah... kinda morbid but funny! umm yeah other than that my dad was extremely boring. I can't wait til this week is over! that means it's the weekend! I can do stuff for fun! i mean actually FUN! this is great!
On Saturday i'm going to Wolf Pen for a benefit concert thing. It's for Shonnie Moore. She was in a really bad car accident this summer, and is partially parralyzed (sorry if i miss spelled that). She's been in the hospital and stuff for over 3 months! I thought it was bad when my dad was in the hospital for 3 weeks, but she's had to been in there for 3 times that! So all of the money that's raised during this benefit goes to her medical bills. It's a little pricey to get it ($12), but it's deffinently worth it. So that's where i'll be! Around 2 my friend Marky is playing with his band! so that will be cool getting to see him.

Ice Skating with AWANA

So, we went ice skating last night from 7-11... it was so much fun... tiring, but fun! Shelby, Arrienne, Kelsey, Danielle, Matt, and John were the people i hung out with the most... they're so much fun! Just in case y'all were wondering why Emily, Sarah, and Andrew were not part of the list... they were there. So, well, that was really fun, and i deffinently have some major blisters on the bottoms of my feet that hurt a lot. So, i hhave to go finish my costume... i'll ttyl! bye

I'm truely sorry

Hi everyone. i'm sorry i've been so rude to most of you lately, but i don't knwo what to do. It's almost as if i've had an emotion over load, and i don't know how to deal with it. i just had to announce that. i'm so sorry, please forgive me, bc right now it feels like the world hates me, but i have to told it up or else it will crumble in my hands.

Hello world!

So, i havn't posted in forever! well here's a little update:
Well, i'll start on a good note... My dad is doing GREAT! he's in wyoming right now w/ my mom and aunt ( and a bunch of doctors) for a meeting, and some relaxation time. Now for a sad note... I found out on Sunday that Miss Dawn, a wonderful lady, was diagnosed with severe breast cancer. Everyone that prayed for my dad, please pray for her. She's an awesome woman. The things she does for our community and her family... it just amazes me! Please pray for her! ok, so i don't habve any more happy notes to put y'all in a good mood, but here's something that's been on my mind lately... So there's this guy (adult... whatever) that is basically certifiablly insane. I mean this guy is going on dates with his daughter ( just because he can) and is trying to take over all of our lives. No one is happy with this guy, and he's presence makes half of the youth group leave and not come back until he gets asked to leave. First of all a youth leader should not be a parent of a kid in the youth group. It's just messes up their oppinion. Long story, and i don't want to get too specific right now but yeah. here's a happy note for some and an angry note for others... ATTENTION WORLD: katy and trent are now officially dating behind my back! (aka they still havn't told me, but i found out from someone else). umm.... what's something else i can rant about or just say... i don't know what is possessing me to say this but i just want to say... poop!!!!!!!! THIS SUCKS BUTT!!! that's all i have to say for now on that subject... ok for something else... hmm... oo i made maringue cookies today ( don't know how u spell it, but it sounds like "ma rang"). Clutterless

ok, so the past couple days, my mom has been going cleaning crazy, starting w/ my room. I don't know if any of y'all are like me, but i find when people go through the stuff in my room it feels like an invasion of privacy. Everything that makes up who i am, who i want to be, and who i have been is somewhere in my room. My mom has been going through everything and i mean EVERYTHING going through it to clean it out. All without my approval. Yeah, it's nice that she's doing it, but it just feels weird. I already have a problem, bc all my journals and intermost thoughts are in my room somewhere just waiting to be found by her. I just really hope she didn't find them. It just feels weird, like extremely uncomfortable. i dunno, it's just weird. Well, i'm off to try to go to sleep, but before that i'm gonna work on awana stuff... bye! .:*Suzy*:.

Awana!

I went to awana last night for the first time since i was about 6 years old. I was in awana at Grace from cubbies to sparks, and now, i'm Varsity (aka 24/7) at Zion. It was my first night last night, and i past a section of my foundations of faith booklet thingy. I had to memorize 2 verses... here they are: 1 Timothy 2:14 "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity." The second one was 2 Timothy 2:2 "And the things you have heard me say in the presence of witnessess, entrusting in reliable men who will also be qualified to teach." See i did memorize them! I was so excited that i could actually do it! So, i'm trying to convince my mom that i should go every week. While at awana though, we played warball, and i got hit in the wrist, and well now i have strained tedons and stuff in my wrist. so i can't make a fist, and move it a lot. so yeah, it hurts. i have to go to school now, so i'll ttyl! bye! .:*Suzy*:.

ATTENTION EVERYONE: PIGS CAN FLY!

lol jk... i just wanted to catch some people's eye! :) This post is just to say that i've posted, bc nothing exciting has happend... well, i could talk about zym... ok sounds good. So, last night i went to zym, and earlier that day i had worked on this call tree thing, and it took me a little bit of time, bc i had to put the numbers on the back and stuff, and well... now i have to redo it, bc mr. meany wants them to have all of the zym member's names on them. i think that's just stupid, bc most of the time, people know if some of the other people are out of town or can't do something, so they don't have to have all of the names on there... o well... that's just really made me angry. Also, we played v-ball, and it was a blast! i was on a team with Kadie, Lizzy, Mr. Tim, Andrew, Shelby, Connor, and Sarah. We were cracking up the entire time. It was hilarious. Kadie is like this tumbler person, and so she was doing all of these round offs, and cartwheels and stuff in the sand... it was really funny. Then, Mr. Tim decided he wanted to try... he sorta did it, but it was still funny. Finally a real post!

ok everyone, so i know i haven't really been updating in a while... like with things that have been going on other than w/ my dad, so here ya go! I thought i'd tell y'all about my 3 new friends from school... They're so much fun! Brittany, Katie, and Sean. Sean, amazingly enough, was in my pre-k class at allen! So, we hadn't seen each other since then, but then i got to bryan high, and there he was the first day... IN 2 OF MY CLASSES!! God sure does work in mysterious ways! Brittany is also in 2 of my classes, and every time we get together, we laugh so hard! Just about stupid stuff really, but she's so much fun! Katie is really fun too. She's on in my english class, but that's when brittany, sean, and i are in there too. So together it makes the day wonderful. It's really fun, bc for 1st period, Sean is in my class, 4th period we're all together, and then 7th period, Brittany is in my class. So i begin my day w/ a friend, have friends in the middle, and end my day w/ a friend. it's great... and yeah i have friends in my other classes, but they're not as exciting as these 3 crazys! :) so yeah, there ya go... i'm off 2 get ready for school. bye! .:*Suzy*:. Psalm 139

Hey guys! i just really wanted to tell y'all about a verse that seems to be following me around lately... it's in Psalm 139:14 and to sum it up is says "I'm fearfully and wonderfully made."this past sunday i went to ZYM and Pastor Duane based his entire devotional on this verse. Lately i've been feeling really bogged down, and not wanted, and just not beautiful or anything resembling it. I went to See You At The Pole last week, and they read Psalm 139:14. Then, i went to ZYM and God spoke to me through Pastor Duane, yet again. Hearing that verse again was really comforting, but i still didn't feel all that great. Then tonight, i went to YoungLife. Grant based his devotional on it as well. That's how i knew this verse was meant for me. God had been useing all these people in my life to show me that i am beautiful, and that God loves me. He loves me more than any human could possibly love me, and even without human acceptence, i'm accepted by Christ! I just had to share this with y'all, bc it means so much to me. .:*Suzy*:.

Rita and a Sock Hop

Ok, so rita will be here in about oo... 45 minutes, so we're making our last minute preparations. All of our shutters are closed, and we're ready for the rain and wind. The storm has already made in to galveston. So, yeah... here we go!

Aggies: the aggies had a game tonight, then had to change the date, bc of the hurricaine. The aggies beat Texas State 44-31. WHOOP!

Hurricaine: the hurricaine has changed paths, but we are still expected to have winds between 40 and 100 mph. The hurricaine is also strengthening.

Dad: My dad's having more surgery tomorrow. They have to go in and hope that they find the holes where his body is filling with air and fluid. So, he's gonna me in the hospital until at least tuesday of next week (aka while the hurricaine is here).

Rita Preparations

Ok, so as u all know, there is a hurricane headed for the coast of central texas (aka here). So, we've been making a lot of preparations, such as stocking up on water, evacuating my sister and her dog to our house from their appartment. My mom's been getting food and stuff as well. Our schools are closed on friday, so i'll be going w/ my aunt to the salvation army kitchen. I'm kinda scared, bc i don't know what's going to happen, but i know it's all in God's hands. The aggie game has been moved to tomorrow, so diana and i, of course, will be there. On sunday, we're supposed to have a mystery community service project, but bc of the storm it may all be postponed. i'll keep y'all updated on the whole thing.

HOORAY

ok everyone... today's the day we find out when my dad's coming home. If the hole in his colon is gone, then he gets to come home today and finish treatment here, but if it's still there, he'll continue to say at the hospital. So, please pray that the scan will be a good report for him. He really needs to come home, he's not really all that excited about being at the hospital. So, please pray for him! thanks. also in the news for the day, we have a new fun guy in ZYM! his name is jared, and he's like a mirror of andrew, like they are both about the same height and the same size, and their personalities are pretty similair, but jared is a little more like matt. but he's realy fun, so i'd just like to say welcome to him lol. i'll ttyl! bye .:*Suzy*:.

Another update

So, my dad has this infection in his blood right, and it's taken over 50% of his bloodstream. They're even saying "life threatening", and it really scares me. The pneumonia turned out not to be pneumonia, and ended up being something mroe serioud. Basically, he's not fulling inflating his lungs. So, he's on oxygen. Then we also found out a couple days ago that he has a tear in the top of his colon, and they don't know how it got there. He's now on a feeding tube and oxygen. So, life really hard on all of us right now. Please keep us, especially my daddy, in ur prayers. He's really ready to come home, but they said tuesday that he might come home in a week, but they havn't said anything since, so i have a feeling it might be alittle longer, unfortunatly. Ok, so my daddy's still not home, and now the doctors aren't even talkin about going home, so we have no idea when he'll be able to return home. Lots of little things

Ok, so friday night i went to the coolest concert in the world! Shaun Groves and Paul Coleman were there, and this other band called beekin (they weren't very good). Shaun Groves and Paul Coleman sang songs together, and it was amazing! I didn't get anything signed, but a bunch of other people did. Then, last night my dad had a small fever spike, then earlier today he had an even worse one. his temp was 103! They told us they didn't know what was wrong with him, but they ran a few tests and found out that he has bacteria in his bloodstream, and he's dehydrated (again). So they put him on tons of pain killers and fever reducers and more IVs . So yeah, plz pray for him, bc it really scared him and the docotrs and nurses. Tonight i went to ZYM and got a new ZYM shirt, bc i lost my other one. Pastor Duane prayed for my dad and my family, and it made me cry. I've been extremely worried about him during this entire process, and finding out about this bacteria thing just made me completely break down. Luckily, sarah and emily were there to pick up the peices. I love them more than they will ever know. We also played v-ball, and my team won (not that it's important or anything). now, i'm going to sleep, bc i have school in the morning! bye! .:*Suzy*:.

Daddy Update!

ok, so most of y'all know about this, but on June 1, 2005, my dad was diagnosed with cancer. He started chemo and radiation within a week, and finished up on July 26th. Then he had to have a "relaxation period" and wait for 6-8 weeks before he could have surgery. On September 6, he had his surgery and has been in the hospital since then, and is expected to be release sometime either tomorrow or monday. Over the past couple of days, he's been geting up and walking. He even got up and took a shower yesterday! He's been on an all IV diet since tuesday, but yesterday, he got to eat jello and chicken broth. So he's making tons of progress. I can't explain to u how ture happy i am. I've been so blessed! I think the thing that has helped my dad most is knowing that God is protecting him through this entire process. So many people have been praying for him lately, and for that i am eternally greatful, becuase now i truly know the power of prayer. My dad is actually getting out of the hospital 2 days before they really thought he would. I'm so excited! Thank you everyone that has been praying for him! I love y'all so much! .:*Suzy*:. ZYM Elections

So, on sunday night, we had ZYM officer elections... A lot of people ran, but we finally narrowed it down to 4.... The co presidents this year are Emily and Henre! YEA! The tresurer.... Mollie!!! :) and the secretary... ME! i was very surprised that i actually got elected. We'll be voting for historians and committees probably this week. Karaoke Party!

Ok, so last night, Jen, Jay, DD, and I went to the 1st Annual Kurten Chior Karaoke Party! It was so much fun!!! We all sang at least one song, and we had a blast writing other peoples' names down for different songs... like I wrote down dd's name for Maragritaville.... it was prtty funny, but she ended up singing w/ Jen. MAtt and Andrew Sang 5 o'clock Somwhere... They were awesome! Matt did the part Jimmy Buffet sing, and Andrew did the rest.. Andrew and Matt really can sing if they want too! Emily and I put matt's name in for She thinks my tractor's sexy.... hilarious, but he wouldn't do it lol. As a group, a bunch of us sang My Girl, and the enitre group sang Kokamo, and Yakity Yak.... it was so much fun!!! well if y'all can wait a little bit, i have to make another post....

My First Bryan High PepRally

OMGosh!!! That was probably the single most coolest thing i've ever experianced. They have so much school spirit! I got to see all of the amazing things they do. They did this game, where u take off your shoes and then play tug-o-war on the freshly waxed basketball court. it was crazy! It was basically some football players, volleyball players, and a dancer ( can't spell shy-anne correctly). Well, then they did the spirit war, and the seniors won. Then we sang the Bryan School Song... it was kinda corney, but i mean, what school song isn't? It was so amazing! I had goosebumps and chills the entire time! the ShyAnne's danced, and i sat on the side with the black guys, bc there weren't any other seats, and they all started (excuse my language) humping their chairs! it was completely freaked out, but the girls danced very well. I'm gonna go relax... i'll ttyl! have a great weekend! .:*Suzy*:.

the first week/weekend

Ok... so this weekend, we had our family august birthday party. I got lots of great stuff! like money, money, money, gift certificates, candy... did i mention money? lol So, that was fun... OH AND I GOT THE COOLEST LIGHT THING IN THE WORLD! it's one of the fiber optics lights. So it's all these string things coming out of this silver thing, and then the light turns and changes colors. it's really cool. Umm... s my first week at bryan high was great! i like it a lot more than allen. I never knew how many people i knew until i started going to bryan! everywhere i go i see someone i know. it's great! Also this weekend i went to see allen's first home scrimmage. I got to see trent and danny play! lol they were the only ones that really acknowledged my presence lol. They did really well, and Danny scored a touchdown! (his first ever!). So, i'm about to go to school, but i'll probably post again later... bc i still ahve to tell u about zym and stuff last night! well bye! .:*Suzy*:.

Bryan High, and some San Antonio

Ok... so as all my faithful blog readers know, i just went to San Antonio last weekend for one of my dad's meetings. It was pretty fun... i got some new shoes, got to hang out with my mom and sister a lot, and just relax before i started bryan high two days later. Well... the first days havn't been that bad. I've already experianced my first Bryan high fight, almost being late for class, being the favorite in a class just because of my name, and met tons of new people! I've met many interesting characters... 1 guy that sits behind me in my chemistry class. His name's Thomas. He wants to be a pastry chef just like me, and go to the same culinary school that i would like to go to in Hyde Park. He's a senior, and kinda gay (lol amber). Very cool... Another girl i met is from Oklahoma. Her name is Aspen. She's really sweet, and i sit with her everyday at lunch. She's a junior. I really like Bryan, bc u kinda get to do whatever u want, but u still have a little bit of limits. Like, since i have classes that are miles away from each other, i have to walk/run extremely fast in between classes. I get to see people i know, and wave say hi and stuff, but i don't have the time to get in a conversation, bc i have to get going so fast. I have the same lunch as Andrew, but he sits with all of his friends, so i don't get to talk to him except for hi, how are u, how r your classes today... ya know, ntohing special. Then i see jacob everyday with out fail atleast once... (bc i have a class with him lol). He does the tap ur shoulder thing to make u look the other way, andi was glad that he did it today, bc i got to see my lovely cousin Emily!!! :) That was right before lunch. I have to tell jacob where his classes are, bc he still doesn't know... that's just sad. He should at least know which wing is the 1000s and 2000s wing vs. the 3000s wing... which he doesn't. or he just forgot today lol. The Post Master Has Returned!

I know... weird title, but it was the first thing that popped into my head. Ok, so today i leave for San Antonio for one of my dad's conventions... again. I know i know, i'm never here, bc of all the conventions, but this time we're going to celebrate dd finally getting a summer break (for a whopping total of... 4 DAYS!). Yeah, so she has 4 days til little children come into her classroom, and she calls them her own. Yeah... kinda psychoish if u ask me. Well, i starts Bryan High on Tuesday, and i'm kinda getting nervous that i won't find all my classrooms. I mean come one, the 1 school has two campuses w/ classrooms numbering from the 1000s-7000s... and depending on the second number of the class number (1 or 2) it tells u what floor to be on. Really scarey. Anyway, so i'm off to San Antonio @ 2:30 today. I still have to pack, finish getting ready, take the animals to the vet, go to the neighbors and pick up thier papers, and have to wish my football players and video camera man good luck.... this is an insane day! Summer's Almost Over :(

So, summer is almost over, and i'm really sad. This summer has been the greatest! I mean, i've made friendships that will last a lifetime, and some that have just grown so much. I'm so happy to have had this experiance. I mean, ok, so towards the end i got on a lot of peoples nerves, and i guess i was clingy or something, which i no one likes, but i didn't mean to. The fact they didn't tell me sooner, just made me mad, bc think of all the stuff that we could have done together if they had just told me, instead of just getting mad. o well, this summer has still been the greatest! So, yesterday, emily, sarah, marky, and i all went to Bryan high, and marky showed us where all of our classrooms are, and we met some valuable people to know (like the head security guy, the principal even though i already knew her, the people at the front desk on both campuses, stuff like that). It was pretty cool. Then, we went to Sonic and got sum drinks with yummy ice lol. Then, today, i woke up at 11, and watched Red Dragon. It was really creepy, and i deffinently recommend it... and watch all of the hanibal lector movies in order... they're really good. Then i went swimming, took a shower, and now here i am. I'm just waiting for my parents to leave for temple. I'm stuck here at home all by my lonesome. o well... i'll live lol. Well just thought i'd give y'all a little update! bye! .:*Suzy*:.

Must Love Dogs

So, i went and saw Must Love Dogs yesterday. It was so cute! A very sappy love story. I go to go, bc i went and helped DD her school for... 4 1/2 hours!! i havn't been updating lately, bc i just haven't felt up to it. Sorry! Everythings good now, except that jacob's extremely mad at me (o well... i'll live... i guess). Well, saturday, i went to go and help build a volleyball court @ Zion. I've been told i'm a natural with a power drill. Whoo hoo! lol I go to San Antionio this weekend w/ the fam, so i won't be able to help, but the weekend after that i wll be there (w/ bells on lol i don't like that saying... it's just weird). well i'll post sometime later, and let ya know what happens today! .:*Suzy*:.

Theory camp!

I've been doing theory camp for piano all this week. Toady we took a practice test to see how well we would do if we took the real test right now... i got a 96 1/2!!! Very exciting! i would have gotten a silver medal! Last year i got a gold, and if i get gold medals all four years, then i get some special reward! YIPPY! lol just wanted to share my excitement w/ y'all! bye .:*Suzy*:.

My Party!!

Ok, so my party was a "Dinner and a Movie in the Pool Party"... so, obviously it implies 1: Dinner will be provided. 2: we'll be in the pool. and 3: we'll be watchin a movie. So, the night started at 7, and first to arrive was Jacob... then a couple minutes later... Andrew. I was still in the back changing and stuff when i heard them come in. So when i finished we took some stuff outside on the patio, and just kinda talked for a while. Next to arrive were Emily, Sarah, and Casey. So they all came in and we talked a little more. Then after they arrived, katy came in, and the pizza arrived. Then we went outside and started eating yummy Pizza rolls (double dave's!), apples and vanilla yogurt (if u haven't tried 'em u have to!), spicy nacho doritos (my favorite doritos chip), and carrots. We had all finished, so we were just talkin and stuff, when i get a phone call... it was Allyson! She couldn't find my house, so i went in the front yard, and kinda told her where she was and where to go and stuff... bc our house is the most confusing one out of all the houses in our neighborhood. So, Allyson came, and she started eating. So, i opened presents while we waited for the late people to arrive. So, i got lots of money, gift certificates, a flip flop notepad thing (very cute), a bright green towel w/ my name monogramed on in Zebra print (very very cute), stuff for taking care of a car (like cleaning supplies and air fresheners and stuff), and a picture of a frog dressed as a chef that says "Kiss the Cook" (too cute!). So when we finished, Emily said that the picture wasn't the only part of her present, but that she and sarah were going to go to my room and set it up. Casey and andrew went inside too, and then Emily knocked on my window telling me to come inside and see it. It was an awesome chair! It's egg shaped, and is covered in lime green spandex-ish material! It's so cute! So now i can get rid of that inflatable chair i don't like :) . We all went back outside, and people went and changed into their swimming stuff, and we all hopped in the pool! We were having a blast, and it got to be around 8:30, and Mary came! She came straight from 2-a-days (volleyball practice/conditioning stuff). So, we all got out and gave her a hug. And my mom had started picking up all the equipment that we had set out for the movie. She said there was a huge storm coming in, so we were going to have to go inside and watch the movie... and right as she said that, a flash of lightening appeared. So we all got out, and went inside to change out of our swim gear. We sang happy birthday, and then we cut the cake. I had gotten Ice Cream Cake from Coldstone! very very yummy. We had just enough for everyone to have mint chocolate chip! it was great. So, we all sat down, and watched Sixteen Candles! It was great! i sat on the couch, andrew sat next to me, and emily did too, and then casey sat next to emily! Sarah was laying across all of us, but she was getting tortured by a certain person *cough* CASEY *cough*. So, she moved to the floor. After a while (at 9:30), the O'neil's joined the party! They were running late, bc they went to their mom's church w/ her. So, we all finished watching the movie, and it was 10:30, so Allyson left, and Matt left, and then it just left all the people that can't drive, and Marky. So we all talked and stuff... then jordan came to pick up Jacob, and brought Dixie! She's is the most adorable puppy! She so big and fuzzy! Soo sooo cute! Well... they left, and then and Mary's dad came, and Andrew's mom, and then Sarah's mom who was taking casey, and emily home as well. She said that Trent's mom was outside waiting on him, so everyone gathered their things, and left. The trent came back, and gave me a card, bc he had left it at home and his mom brought it. So everyone had left, and katy walked across the street. So, i just started to walk back to my room when my dad said that he wasn't finished hooking up my Tivo. So, i went and got a bag from their room, and brought it in the kitchen so he could figure out what he wanted from it to fix my TiVo. He said, well, look in the bag. So i did, and there it was... A Color 20 GB IPod. It's amazing! It even has games on it! it's so cool. My dad said to my that he just wanted me to have it since i helped him w/ all those cd's, and wanted everyone to know how sweet of a daughter i am, and that i deserved havin something nice like that. So, i gave him a huge hug, and went back to my room, and just basically fell in the bed, and went to sleep. I was so tired! lol. So that was my birthday party. A pretty awesome one too! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO...

ME!!! YEA! i'm finally 16 everyone! as of 7:29 this morning, i'm 16! I'm very excited, and can't wait forthe day's festivities to begin. First off today, i woke up and did my homework from Theory camp, then we had breakfast (my mom, dad, and i, bc dd has stupid NTI stuff). For breakfast, we had waffles w/ syrup, and butter (i kinda wanted choc. chip, but o well... they were still yummy!). Now i'm getting ready and stuff, then we're working on gettign everything ready for my Party tonight... it's dinner and a movie in the pool party!! we're gonna watch Sixteen Candles! lol umm... yesterday we went shoping for food for tonight, and got 2 ice cream cakes (they're little) from Cold Stone (i wish Shakes made frozen custard cakes! that would be yummy)! Well,i'm going to pick up my Schedule from Bryan High today between 1 and 5... but i have piano theory camp from 3:30-4:30, so hopefully i'll be able to get to theory. 90th Post!!

Hey everyone! i just wanted to let everyone know that this is my 90th post on this blog! YEA! hooray for me! i've never actually stuck with any journal longer! lol i know that's just sad... anyway, i just wanted to let everyone know that 1: i'm back from Dallas, and had a blast! u can read about out crazy adventures one Emily's Blog (My Groovy Blog on the side), and 2: Lisa is now Married! i know, most of u have no idea who Lisa is, but she's been our family friend since my sister was ion junior high... so about 9 or 10 years. It seems so much longer, bc she was always around. I love her to death! Her's is the first wedding at which i've ever cried. It was beautiful... Diana and Jay sang a duet together, and did an awesome job. I love listening to each of them sing, but singing together is even better! well... just wanted to say that, and my arm's better, and... the big announcment of the day.... Drumroll please.... Painful day...

Well, it started out this morning when Jay left... it was very sad ( i know i know he's coming back in less than a week! but it was still sad...). And then we went to dd's school and fixed it up... i didn't feel well at all, so i didn't help as much as i should have. Then we came home, and i decided to work on my room... well let me tell u about my room, and then maybe u'll understand (otherwise i just sound crazy... don't even say it emily, jay, or diana!). :
My room, well, when u walk in, then first wall that u look at is my "License Plate Wall"... i'm collecting a license plate from all 50 states. so far i have 21, and 1 from Rio De Janeiro. Also on that wall is a sign for Hershey's Kisses... it's very cute. Ok, along that wall is my computer and a small bookshelf, and 2 free-standing lights. Then if u turn to ur right, u have my art wall. It's covered w/ art projects that i did all in the past 3 years... they range from a wild and crazy line drawing in a shadow box, to a selfportait as a collage, to a mexican paper cutting project of maracas (can't spell, not even trying). Also on that wall is my bed, a night stand, and my bulletin board. Next u turn to ur right again, and u see my cd wall. I collected the free aol cd's for monthes trying to get enough to cover my entire wall. I've succeeded, and not my wall serves as a mirror... lol sorta (it's kinda hard to see into, but it looks really nifty). Alongthat wall is my dresser and a cabinet that has my trophies and stuff in it. Then u turn to the right again, and that is my poster wall. I'm working on covering the entire wall with posters. I'd like all movie posters, but since they are realy hard to get, i had to settle w/ justs any type of poster. It's about half covered.
Now back to the real story... WEll, while i was working, i was standing on this little stool thing, and trying to nail in a license plate, and i leaned to far over, and i fell off. Then i got back up, and did kept trying, and i fell again... this time when i fell, i fell forwards, and tried to grab the wall for safety. Well, my arm got snaged by a nai lthat was pokeing out of the wall, so now my arm is kinda weepy-ish/bleeding... not good, so my mom comes in bc she hears the crash, and takes care of me... but man does it hurt... So, moral of the story: Don't stand on stools to nail license plates to ur wall... especially if u know that it is prone to falling in the first place. So yeah... that's the end of my story.
Also today, after we finished dinner we watched Hanibal... if u havn't seen it, i don't really suggest it... it's not a good as silence of the lambs, but it is extremely gross. So yeah watch it if u like seeing bloody body parts and skulls open so that u can see the brain and stuff. Well, i'll ttyl! .:*Suzy*:.

TV & IHOP

well, today the tv people came and did the bbq and weather thing. It was cool. I was on the tv a lot and all, but it was just kinda funny... It was just like having 3 extra guests and a camera on us. Then, at like 11 tonight, we went to IHOP, and i just got back... it's 12:45... lol fun fun fun. I had an omlette and pancakes... (can't spell sorry)... they were scrumptous (can' spell, again). CLEAN UP TIME!

Hey everyone! so, for the backyard bbq, my family needed to clean up our backyard, so it looks presentable (on tv... hee hee) So, all day yesterday, we cleaned the backyard... which included me climbing on top of a latter to clean out leaves that had been pileing (sp?) up for years... they were 2 feet deep in some areas!!! So, yeah... it was extremely messy work. So, for helping out yetserday, my parents and i got dinner from Outback... sorry DD! It was so good... the fact that i had worked realy hard to get it made it even better! Well, DD left Sophie here w/ us while she went to Dallas to visit Jay. Sophie and Maggie (my dog) helped out yesterday too, so they each got a french fry...or 2... hee hee hee! Anyway, Today i get to go shopping for some new clothes, then i'm coming home to work on my invitations for my b-day party! it's like in a week!!! well, i'll ttyl! bye .:*Suzy*:.

BIG NEWS!

Hey everyone! so i have 2 things for HUGE news... number 1: The tv station in our town does this backyard barbque thing every year, where the member of the town sign up to win a backyard barbque! Well, my mom signed my family up on Thursday night, and today... WE WERE PICKED!!! very exciting! out of all the people that signed up, we won! big news number 2: i finally know the answer to a question that i've been asking scince april... What school will i be going to this year?... and the answer is (drum roll please)... BRYAN HIGH!!! YEA! Having fun with Kelsey and the gang!

Hey everyone! well, today i woke up and got ready, then went to dd's and played xbox...Myst (if u havn't played it... u neeed to. it's a PC game too!). Then, we had lunch from wings 'n more, and then we all went to help my dad unload boxes for his new clinic thing that he's goign to be opening up w/ a couple other doctors. That little adventure (that lasted 3 hours) caused me to be late to a party that Kelsey had (hince the name of the post...). I had a blast! it was so much fun! when i first got there, it was raining, but we swam anyway. Then we got out and ate popsicles, and hotdogs and apple-snicker salad (which i didn't get any of sadly... i heard it was yummy). Then we swam a little more and filled up water balloons, and had homemade ice cream and homemade brownies! YUM YUM YUM!!! it was extremely yummy! then we played monkey-in-the-middle (aka keep away). very fun. After it was all done, we had to leave. Now, i'll tell u why she had to party.... She's home schooled, and her family teaches through the summer. She's taking home econamics right now, and had to learn how to be a hostess (no not like the cupcakes or twinkies lol). Anyway... she did a wonderful job, and i'd deffinently give her a 100!!! YEAH KELSEY!! hee hee hee... anyway, that's all folks!! .:*Suzy*:.

bowling, chicken, and dancing...

Well, yesterday, we went bowling (em, matt, casey, sarah, and i), and we had fun, but we were hungery. So, we decided to go to Koppe Bridge for lunch at like 2:35... i had to go babysit at like 3:15. WE had chicken strips, and hamburgers, and such (yumn yum yum... their fries are really yummy). well i was late to baby sitting, but only by like 20 minutes, bc we had to get back from lunch. I spent from then to 6 w/ my favorite boys... Ty and Skyler... fun little fellas! lol Ty is 2, and Skyler is 4. Ty tried to escape a couple of times, by way of hte garage, and skyler was perfectly contempt w/ his video games... Racecar... lol Well, that's all for yesterday, but today, i went to dd's and played xbox... Myst (only one more world left!!!). I went shopping before that, and got fabric to make danielle a blanket for her birthday, which i did and finished before we left for d's. IT'S BEEN RAINING ALOT LATELY TOO!!! The Prank

Ok... so here's the back ground info:
Well, when i don't get enough sleep, then next night i get kinda delirious (aka.... INSANE!). Like stories i've heard before are like when we went on a retreat, i was rolling off and onto an air mattress, and when i'd hit the ground i'd kinda make this face, and then, "Dang it!". Then i was laying there, and emily asked me if i had eaten anything, and i said ,"I've had 1 marshmallow, and 2 chex mix pretzles". Yeah i was insane... the scariest part is that i don't remember it the next day.
The real deal:
Ok, so when mary, em and i all spent the night at Sarah's house, i knew emily knew about my deliriousnes (if that's a word). So, i was laying there, acting like i was falling asleep, and then i started laughing... not just any laugh, but a horrifying, evil laugh. Em, mary, and sarah tried to film me, and i could see the light, so i just made all these evil noises and growled, and just like grabbed at them. They thought that i was completely unconsiously doing all of this... but i knew exactly what was going on. They were terrified! It was hilarious... they were all huddled in the corner, trying to get away from me. It was great. then i "came back", and they told me what happend. then i "slipped back into it", and started playing w/ my fingers above me, and just looking like i was high or sumthing. They called casey and talked to him for a while about it, and then i became "evil Suzy" again... and they hung up with him. MAry and emily went into the bathroom, and Sarah didn't make it in there, so i told her about how it was all a joke, but told her not to tell em and mary. Sarah still acted like she was scared and everything, and got in to the bathroom w/ the others. Then i went to the bathroom door, and started scratching at the door. they wre all freaking out... then Sarah's dad came in and told us to go to bed, so we got off the phone w/ casey, and went to bed... this was all going on until.... 4:00 am... lol it was hilarious! HOORAY HOORAY!!!!

YEA!!! Today, everyone, i became a member of the inner circle, and i couldn't be happier. I've been working very hard to make my site cool enough to be a member, so now y'all can check out Jay's blog (the bigger blog o nthe right under links) and see that i'm there, and read about his always exciting life. Last night, emily, mary, and i all spent the night at Sarah's, and we stayed up until like 4:30 this morning.. then we woke up at 9:30... lol anyway, we got to sarah's at like 6, and matt, dannielle, and casey were already there. After they all left, we went outside and stargazed (after i got my phone back from a theft.... *cough *casey*cough*... lol. It was realyl pretty. we saw satellites and shooting stars. We were on the phone with casey off and on all night. WE had a blast. Then, we ate garlic cheese bread (yum yum), and then we went into sarah's room. I played a huge prank on sarah, emily, and mary. It was hilarious. there's a background story, so i'll have to post about it tomorrow (bc i don't have much time tonight). Well, today audrey (i thinks that's how u spell it), and taylor, my cousins from indiana, are here and we had lunch at olive garden.... very yummy as always. Then audrey, emily, mary, danielle, matt, john, JESSICA (ha ha emily), ty, andrew, shelby, peggy, and casey all decided we were going to go bowling. WQell, we first tried wolf pen... it was closed... then we tried the MSC... it was closed... then we were goign to go to triangle, but the matt, danielle, JESSICA (ha ha emily), ty, and john all decided not to come along, so emily, mary, casey, and i all came back to my house and we watched Simon Birch (really good cry movie), and played card games. It was fun! Mary had to leave to go to the doctor, and then we had chicken wraps for dinner, and then casey left (it was sad... bc we LOVE casey! lol). Today... what can i say?

Today, i woke up, got dressed, and went to church where i watched Ty and Skyler (today wasn't one of their good days... there were many tears... but i think they were just tired), and then after churhc, we went straight out to Zion (where we had spaggetti ... i don't know how to spell), and then we went to the lake. We went tubing, water skiing, and stuff. we played with these floating things, and tried to touch to bottom (where it was like 10 feet deep... alot harder than it sounds), and jumped offthe pier. So, i got this really great tan... but i'm almost too dark. I'm just hoping it won't turn into a sunburn. I have places to be friday and saturday, and i don't want to be gross looking. Anyway, so after we came back to Zion after the lake, we ate icecream that was leftover from VBS... it was yummy! well, i'm not in a posting mood, but there ya go, at least u know what happend today! bye .:*Suzy*:.

the past couple of days...

so, today i went outside and tanned, and yesterday, i went outside and tanned, and then tomorrow, i'm going tubing where i will get a tan. So, it's all woring out for my nice summer tan! by the way, Jay (my most wonderfullest friend person in the entire world) is helping me out w/ my blog (like adding cool stuff). Swim Fun!

So yesterday, mary, emily, sarah, stephanie, matt, and danielle all came to my house to swim, bc we didn't want to spend any more money, and still have sum fun together. So they came to my house. it was a lot of fun. We played marco polo and stuff like that.

The Big Adventure!

Well, We went to go see Jay sing in his last concert ever on the 3rd. Then afterwards, we went to Chuy's for dinner, and We were planning on coming back that night, and then going up to the lake the next day for 4th of July.... well, that didn't really work out. Well, first Alison, Marky, Mellie, and Larry were all up at camp creek, and Alison got them to all start freakin out, bc we weren't going to be getting home until like 1:30 am... so, we decided to stay there at Jay's house. So, first we had to go and get clothes and such from Wal-Mart. Then we went back to Jay's, and spent the night so that we wouldn't die on the road... i know scarey lol. Anyway, so we woke up around like 8:30 or 9, and we were going to leave at like 9:15, but we didn't leave until like around 10:15. Jay's mom made a really good big breakfast, so we stayed for that and we just talked for a while. Jay brought me back some chocolate from his trip... very exciting. So, we left for the lake, and i was in Jay's truck, and emily was in dd's car. We drove to Waco (weird name for a town i know... pronounced "Way-co" not "(wacko), and stoped at Starbucks (the drive through... fun fun fun) while we were waiting to order Emily came and we switched cars. So i rode w/ dd to the lake the rest of the way. we did some perch-jerkin ( fishing for perch or "baby fish" and then throwing the back and trying to catch as many as possible), and we played Cranium (really fine, but em and i lost by a lot...lol) After that, jay came home w/ us, and we went and got "the thing w/ the stuff at the place" and went to DD's for a while. Then she brough Jay and I back home, and then the next day, we woke up and went to Wal-mart for pick up some clothes for Jay, and went to the church to visit Ms Darce, and then we went to DD's, and played a game or too of "the thing with the stuff at the place"... :) until 2:30 am... lol. Then i woke up this morning at 10:30, and i'm having people over at 12:30... so yeah i have to go get ready for that. Bye!!! .:*Suzy*:.

Fun w/ some friends!!! what else is new?!

Well, last night i went to spend the night w/ Emily, and mary was there too! WE had a blast! we stayed up until like 12 or 1... maybe later i'm not really sure.. (i don't even remember going to sleep last night). Then, this morning, we woke up at like 7:30, bc mary had Driver's ed. So, she left at 9:30, and then em and i made sandwiches, and tater tots with cheese for breakfast/lunch/snack/whatever else can be *slashed* at that time of the day. Then, at like 3 we went and picked up Sarah, Casey, and Kelsey, and met Mary at the movies! We went to go see War of the Worlds... it was pretty good. Not really what i was expecting , but it was still good. I'm sure it's not as good as the book (for u book readers out there in cyberland). Anyway, tomorrow, we have church, and then we're going to see my favorite singer in the whole world sing in his chior in Dallas! very exciting... BOWLING, DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION, and FUN FUN FUN!

Well, last night ZYM and KFCs went to the basement of the MSC, and went bowling and just had fun together. Ethan, Jackson, Cash, Mary, Sarah, Emily, Danielle, Casey, and I hung out together mostly, and had a BLAST! Emiyl and i did the Dance Dance Revolution game (it's the best!), and there was this guy there that basically had been doing this thing everyday it seemed like. He was really good, but seemed like he didn't get out much bc he was too busy doing the Dancing... Angel did it too, and was really really good too! He was keeping up w/ the other guy. When we bowled, i got a 71, the same as Emily, and we beat Jackson, and Casey... lol. Well, i'm gonna go take a nap, bc i'm exhausted! bye! .:*Suzy*:.

Yesterday i went ice skating w/ Mary, Emily, Sarah, and Steph... it was really fun! we got ice cream from the machine thingy... that thing is the coolest! We invited Jackson and CA$H... lol! and Ethan, but he was in Galveston. So yeah... it was fun! .:*Suzy*:.

Drama Drama Drama

Ok... so ya know drama is deffinently a theme of this post. I just really needed to vent. Two of my friends are going through this dating stuff, and it's really driving me crazy! Well, one of my friends likes this guy, and i really don't like him. He is a perverted annoyance (sp?) to society. He is really funny sometimes, but when he's funny it's because he's making fun of people, then he just goes and gets perverted. The stuff he comes up with is sickening!! I have no say in it i know, but it still upsets me that she even likes him. It especially worries me, bc i know she's not very strong when it comes to guys, and i know this guy (he's not a good guy). My other friend likes one of my guy friends, and i can't go into detail. It just ERKS ME TO NO END! Last night at VBS we had a slide show/movie of pictures from the week. It was really kool, until the last picture... this guy frined was with another girl (that none of my other friends and i like), and afterwards he just kinda acts like he likes her (which now we know he does for real). IT DRIVES ME CRAZY!!!! he's not treating my friend w/ the respect she deserves, and i guess i'm not really treating him w/ the respect he deserves either. I just wish he would not flirt and everything and say that he likes this one girl, and then turn around and tell that same girl that he likes 2 other girls. He just needs to settle down for a bit. i know it doesn't make much since, but i just needed to vent. The people involved know that i'm talking about, and i hope they understand my veiw of the situations.

So... Today, i went to clean up the ZYM room and stuff after VBS w/ Ty, Sarah, Matt, Emily, Danielle, and Mary, and then we went to a movie . We had a blast (sorta lol) and then i came home, and we got OUTBACK for dinner, and then watched The Rock... it's a really good movie. Very gorey, but it's really good. Well, i'm gonna go to sleep. OH THE THINGS I HAVE DONE!

Hey everyone!!! I'm sorry it's been so long since i've last updated! well. Let me see where shall i begin. Well, we went to see the Music Man starring Mr. Mark a few weeks ago, and it was amazign i knew so many people that were in it! Silas, Emily Hall, Kendall, Lee, Will, Mollie, Ted, Jack, Kenny, and Natalie, then even more that helped with behind the scenes. You all did a wonderful job!!!! It was 10x better than when we did it at Allen. the 18th was Casey's birthday! We had a lot of fun at his party too. all last week we decorated for VBS out at Kurten, and have been there all this week actually doing VBS. I'm a backstage person for the skits everynight, and i am also a singer and dancer. I just love doing VBS out there... it's so much fun! Casey has been there everynight except tomorrow and tonight, Trent came tuesday, and Mary has been there everynight! VBS is the highlight of my year, and i look forward to it every year. I wish we did it for 3 weeks unstead of 1. I got my learner's permit yesterday and drove on Texas Ave. for 2 seconds and freaked out, but i did well in the neighborhoods. I got my haircut today... 6 inches off!!!! very short.... Andrew's birhtday day and The Passion

The 9th was Andrew's birthday.... We had so much fun! We took him to IHOP for Breakfast, and then we hadto split the group up,. bc emily danielle sarah and i had to go get him a birthday cake, so Andrew and Matt went and ran errands. Andrew had no idea what was going on. Matt took him to look at motorcycles, and they went and got gum or something at a gas station. Matt said Andrew started getting worried when they weren't going anywhere that the girls were. We made it to sarah's house first, and changed clothes and everything, and filled up some super soakers. When the boys got there, we ambushed them. It was hilarious! Well, we spent all day from like 11:30-4 throwing water balloons, and being crazy as usual. Then Matt tok us to Emily's house by way of the Chicken Farm... and rooled down the windows while we went by the fans!!! It was the grossest thing ever! we were all dying from the smell. (and u know if u've ever just driven by on the high way it gets pretty bad... we were like a foot away from the fans!) Once we were at Emily's, we went upstairs to her room, and we tried to see if we could fit everyone on her bed, emily and sarah were first, then i was on top of Emily, and danielle was on top of me, and Andrew was on top of her.... matt say and watched, as the bed fell like 5 inches.... the side of her bed bend out. It was so funny, but not so funny that her bed broke. We stayed at emily's until like 4:30, and then matt, andrew and danielle left. i was still down stairs with alison, while Emily and sarah went upstairs to pack (bc they were coming home with me to spend the night). I heard a knock on the door, and figured they had left somehting, so i opened it. I got dive-bombed with shaving cream... and some how the door got closed. I tried to open the door, but i couldn't get it opened, bc of all the shaving cream on my hands. i knocked onthe door hoping that Alison would open the door or somthing and come help me. It wasn't until like 3 minutes later that they left, and alison came to the door. She laughed and laughed at me. And i went to go clean up. Since matt had to come to my house and drop off Danielle later to spend the night as well, we thought we could get him back. WE didn't get to, bc danielle didn't call us to let us know they were on thier way. em, sarah, and i were already outside swimming when danielle came outside and we told her what our plan was.
Yesterday, we all woke up at like 9 or 10, and decided that we would go see Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.... GREAT MOVIE!!!! We all fit the description of each of the girls! I'm like Lena... very shy and conservative but i'm only like that around certain people... BOYS!... Danielle is like Carmen... she out going, but not completely crazy, like Sarah... who is like Bridget outgoing wild and crazy (especially when it comes to guys), and Emily is like Tibby... kinda rebellious, but not too out there.
Then, at 4 all of ZYM came over, and we watched the Passion of the Christ. It was so intense, that words can't describe what you feel when you watch it. The way that it make u feel is diffent for everyone, bc we're all on different levels in our walk with Christ. I personally felt extreme guilt. Everything He had to go through was for me... so that I could live with Him forever in Heaven. He went through that torture and mutilation so that i could be saved. I felt guilty, because i basically had lied to Him by telling Him i would give him every part of my life, and trust in Him completely. I still had tried to do everything on my own, and trusted him with only parts of my life. I felt guilty because it was like He went through all of that for barely anything in my life, until now. I rededicated my life to Him last night, and i feel a complete change. At the end of it, everyone sat completely still . No one moved. Then Mr. Tim talked to us a little, and we all left in pretty much silence.
This morning DD and Sophie came over, and DD put sophie on my bed and made her attack me to wake me up. Then we went swimming. Tonight we're goin to see the Musin Man. Mr. Mark, Mollie, Lee, Sylus, Will, and a bunch of other people i know are goign to be in it. I can't wait to see it! I'm very excited. Well, i'll ttyl! I have to go get ready for the day. HOLA SENOR / SENORITA / SENORA !

Hey everyone! well today was kinda boring... i didn't do anything. I was supposed to have a party, but only 2 guys could come, and my mom decided that i couldn't have the party anymore, so i had to cancel. Big changes

Hey everyone! thanks for visiting today. my life is being kinda turned upsidedown right now, so i'm sorry if i don't post very often. The last time i posted, i talked about bad things that have been going on in my life, and they've just been getting worse. Just please keep my family in your prayers and thoughts, because it's been really hard on my dad and I (more than i think it has my other family members). Umm... well that's the bad part of today's post. As for the happy part, this past weekend we went to Austin, where we had casino night. We started out with $20,000 of fake money, but by the end of the night i had won $160,000. After that we turned in our chips and got raffle tickets, and i won a shirt (not too exciting, but it's still a shirt!)! WE came home one saturday, and i just lounged around the house, and lisa and jeffri came over for a swim with d and i. Sunday, i didn't get to go to church, because d had a potluck to go to afterwards, and i didn't want to sit through the same service twice. Sunday night i went to ZYM and had a blast (except that Peggy was there... GRRR!!!!!!!!!! i know i'm probably just jealous, but i still don't like her and i don't know why... ok so i'm jealous. jealous of her and Matt? i hope not, bc that'd be weird.... anyway). Casey came to ZYM again, which is good, and i hope he continues to come. Today is monday, and Emily had we wisdom teeth taken out, and i found out the bad news. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY LOVELY MATTHEW!!!

Today is one of my best friends', Matthew Wayne, birthday!!!! He's no officially an adult... scarey scarey stuff. He turned 18 today, and should've gotten his driver's license today, but i'm not sure. Well, i just wanted to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my one and only Matt! lol bye luv y'all!! .:*Suzy*:.

Take the day, even the events, good or bad

Hey! well today was an ok day. I woke up, lounged around watching tv and movies and stuff until like 3, when i decided to go swimming. DD and Lisa were already outside swimming, so i went to join them and stayed out there until like 5 or 6. Then i came inside, and my parents were home from the hospital, and we talked and stuff.
